Belevels Whey Isolated Protein Chocolate is a high-purity whey protein isolate obtained by microfiltration, with a chocolate flavour. It provides more protein and less fat, carbohydrate and sugar than a conventional protein, and is absorbed quickly. Available at Farmacia Golf del Sur in Tenerife.

Composition and Nutritional Values

Ingredients: whey protein isolate (Promiko®), cocoa powder, chocolate flavourings, sodium chloride, thickener (xanthan gum) and sweetener (sucralose). Values per 30 g serving:

• Protein: 20.7 g.
• Energy: 109 kcal.
• Carbohydrate: 2.5 g, of which sugars 0.3 g.
• Fat: 0.9 g, of which saturates 0.5 g.
• Salt: 0.39 g.

Directions for Use

• Dose: 30 g a day (one serving), dissolved in at least 250 ml of water or milk.

• Children (per the data sheet for the chocolate flavour): 4–6 years, 10 g; 7–12 years, 20 g; from 12 years, 30 g. Consult your paediatrician.
