Belevels Fem Balance is a supplement for women who want to look after their hormonal system naturally and ease cycle-related discomfort. It combines inositol, plant extracts, magnesium and a complex of vitamins C and B. Available at Farmacia Golf del Sur in Tenerife.

Composition and Active Ingredients

Each daily dose (4 capsules) provides:

• Myo-inositol: 700 mg.
• Fenugreek (Androfen®): 450 mg extract (50% saponins).
• L-tyrosine: 400 mg.
• Ginger: 300 mg extract (5% gingerols).
• Chasteberry: 250 mg extract.
• Turmeric: 250 mg extract (95% curcuminoids).
• Ginseng: 150 mg extract (30% ginsenosides).
• Broccoli, citrus aurantium and ginkgo: 100 mg, 90 mg and 50 mg of extract respectively.
• Saffron: 25 mg extract.
• Magnesium (bisglycinate): 38.4 mg (10.2% NRV).
• Vitamin C: 180 mg (225% NRV).
• Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12: 25 mg, 25 mg, 25 mg NE, 11.6 mg and 20 µg.
