Food supplement containing Serenoa repens extract, L-cystine, and keratin, a protein present in the structure of hair and nails. It also contains vitamins A, B12, folic acid, biotin, selenium, and zinc. Vitamin B12 contributes to cell division and normal homocysteine metabolism, vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, and selenium, zinc, and biotin contribute to maintaining normal hair.

Take one capsule daily with a glass of water in the morning for a minimum period of 3 months.
