Belevels Gut Day is a powder supplement for days of large meals, slow digestion or acidity. Its formula combines amino acids, plants and digestive enzymes to help you feel lighter after eating. Sugar-free, lemon flavour. Available at Farmacia Golf del Sur in Tenerife.

Composition and Active Ingredients

Each 10 g serving provides:

• L-glutamine: 5000 mg.
• Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®): 700 mg.
• N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC): 300 mg.
• Liquorice extract: 250 mg (2% glycyrrhizin).
• Turmeric extract: 210 mg (95% curcuminoids), with black pepper (Piperimax®) 5 mg.
• Multi-enzyme complex (DigeZyme®) and bromelain: 200 mg and 100 mg.
• Ginger extract: 15 mg (5% gingerols).
• Zinc, vitamin E and vitamin A: 3 mg (30% NRV), 4 mg (33% NRV) and 400 µg.
• Sodium chloride: 303 mg (37.9% NRV).

Directions for Use

• Dose: 10 g a day (2 scoops), dissolved in a glass of water, before main meals. It can be split into 1 scoop at lunch and 1 at dinner.
• Children (according to the brand): 4–6 years, 5 g; 7–10 years, 6.5 g; from 11 years, 10 g. Consult your paediatrician.
• Beta-alanine may cause temporary tingling (60–90 minutes). If you notice it, start with half the dose and increase gradually.
